How Can I Avoid This?
I am having trouble coming up with the money for my monthly mortgage payments, and I really don’t want my house to get foreclosed on. What can I do to avoid this? Is there someone who can help me deal with the mortgage company to convince them to cut me a little slack rather than foreclose on me? I really don’t want to lose my house, so I need help with foreclosure advice so that I can do whatever is possible to avoid it. Do companies ever negotiate? I think it would be in their best interest if they get most of a payment rather than none.
