You do not have to be a “greenie” to like saving money. Just because you buy energy efficient products does not mean you are a tree hugger. You can just be frugal and recognize a good deal when you see one.

Among the many energy efficient products you can buy include appliances, like refrigerators, window treatments, light fixtures, furnaces, boilers, insulation, doors, and water heaters.

You can get tax credits from the government which will lower your tax bill and help offset the costs of installing new energy efficient upgrades in your house.

You may be able to cut your home heating and cooling bills by 20% or more each month. These cost savings can more than offset the cost of buying and upgrading your home.

You do not have to be a green environmentalist to want to use energy efficiency products. You can see the value in saving money and energy each month.
