Cervical lordosis is not always a matter of concern

My younger brother is a cricket freak. It wouldn’t be wrong if I say that he eats, drinks and sleeps cricket. Since he spends the most of his time either watching or playing cricket, he hardly gets time to study. When my mother shouts at him, he sits down with his books at night. Of late, he has developed a habit of studying late at nights. Sometimes he sleeps while studying on his couch and his wrong sleeping postures is a matter of concern for us. Though he neglects, but he suffers from a meager pain in his neck and so I took him to a spine specialist. However, the doctor eased out my tension by saying that this is minor case of Cervical Lordosis and in most cases it is not very harmful. Rather, a little lordotic curve is quite normal and healthy and is not at all a matter of concern
