I am trying to motivate my husband to stop wasting so much money and use some of our extra cash to make extra mortgage payments. However, he doesn’t seem to realize what a difference it would make to send a few extra payments in to our mortgage services company each year. I want to find a calculator on the internet that will show him how much we will save over the life of the loan when we make just a few extra payments like this. Does anyone know where I can find one of these? I know I saw one somewhere.
