My friend sued a major financial institution
A friend has a checking account with a major financial institution. Recently, he sued them to the tune of a million dollars. At first I was shocked but he explained that the financial institution apparently had inadequate data protection in place and had leaked confidential information to some third party entity and his credit card was misused badly.
