Web Design Strategies – Web Hosting Done Right

Powerful, but simple, web design strategies will help make your website the success you want it to be. Keep things simple and you will love the way ot turns out. Your host ratings are important when you are going to build a website for your company.  Hostgator and Bluehost are two of many that are out there. Here are some other tips:

1. Your website is where your business resides — it’s like the headquarters of an offline company. Hence, it is important to practice good design principles to make sure your site reaches out to the maximum number of visitors and sells to as many people as possible.

2. This isn’t a photo contest — Not everyone has the super-duper broadband connection that you have. People that don’t have it will have a problem loading your page that has 72 pictures on it. Cut it to 1 or 2 that are most important and make sure they are shrunk down to the proper size. – Bill Z. Sheers

I use bluehost and have loved them then. I\’ve got something like 15 domains being hosted with them and i\’ve never had a problem. It\’s cheaper too if you get the whole year at once.

Hostgator, Dreamhost, bluehist also have site builders and manuy other things you can use for a business. There is much simpler web hosting out there if you look around. I\’ve just been lazy. But make sure they are reliable.

I\’ve build all my own sites. Dreamweaver has a small learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, which should not be long even if you are new, you will have a site up in running in no time.

Site Build it is cool. A little expensive, but they give you the world. my sites always rank well. It is a site builder and web host wrapped into one. I was so stupid to get rid of those sites.

right now I\’ve got 12 sites with bluehost. I\’ve had no problem waht so ever. I don\’t really know the difference and I have not used even half of the stuff on the cPanel. I should really take a look at those things.

Keep things sipmple. So much of this web hosting stuff gets confusing and you need to focus. It is really really important. Get a host and focus on building your site or sites, which ever one is your business plan.

You don\’t need someone to design your site. There are so many tools out there where you can do it yourself. You need ait to be simple without a lot of bells and whistles to distract your visitors.

I agree. Follow th KISS method. People get all wrapped up with these pop ups and fancy flashing lights and videos. It\’sinsane. i hate vivting web sites like that and tend to leave them and go somewhere else. KISS
