European Employment Laws- Is there help for temporary employees?
This so called synchronization ban is to ensure that the temporary employees do not have to start looking for a new job as soon as their present assignment is done and if they have to look for one, they get some income safety in the meantime. Opposed to all these countries is the case of Denmark where there is sparse legislation governing the status of temporary personnel. While the employer and employee may have a proper contract, the status of temporary personnel is governed mostly by a set of ethical standards. We can notice that in most of the countries in European Union, the temporary personnel can claim most of the rights of permanent employee but only difference is that the employer is not the company where temporary personnel are placed but the temporary worker agency which hired the temporary personnel in order to cater to the need of their clients.
