I’ve been told the best way for a company to gets its act together is with sigma six. I wonder if we shouldn’t check out Six Sigma Online as a way of streamlining our operation.
I’ve been researching Six Sigma Methodology in particular. It’s expensive, but it looks like it might pay for itself with cost savings.
I’ve seen sigma six turn around some pretty shady operations. It can’t hurt to try it.
