Is Patent Protection Useful?
An invention belongs to the inventor firs and then to anyone else. But it is possible that someone else starts using one's inventions without taking permission patent law school or paying any royalty. It is in order to prevent such things from happening that patents laws and trademarks laws have been enacted. Patent protection ensures that the inventor has the primary right to his invention. Later, this right may be withdrawn to enable the people to benefit from the invention. This ways the balance of interests is maintained.
