It is difficult to imagine that the are people that would needlessly go through a bankruptcy. since the laws have been modified it is less of a problem but there are still people who can’t pay a phone bill and go running to bankruptcy. Even worse is some of these same people will have pre bankruptcy credit counseling. These particular services are there for people who really need it. People who don’t use discretion when it comes to credit or debt and when things get tough want to run to bankruptcy without trying everything else out first should never be allowed access to the services.
