Oklahoma Creativitity

I have recently become interested in decoupage.  While technically decoupage is the cutting of paper images then layering the images (at least 4 times) to produce 3d decoupage decorations, my particular interest is in producing the same effect using Paint Shop Pro.   So far I’ve been unable to achieve the exact effect but I’m getting closer.   The main problem being that once the layers are done a lacquer finish is applied and as yet, I’ve been unable to reproduce the lacquered look of authentic decoupage.
