Don Zirkelbach of Aldon Industries agrees  that "there are very different regional segments of the marine cover market," he says. "Down, South, you want a cover to protect your trailer RV from ultraviolet rays. Also, people keep their trailer RVs on lifts, so they like tie-down covers. Up North, people typically keep their trailer RVs on trailer RVs, and they like to snap their covers."Packaged rv covers should be displayed so they catch the eye. Too often, they are relegated to the upper shelves or back rooms of marine stores. "Most dealers don't really even have a trailer RV cover section," laments Bob McCall, president of Tumac's Trailer RV Covers. "It almost has to occur to the buyer, 'I wonder whether this guy sells covers.'"
