Love to draw? How about going to animation school?

Published by at 1:46 pm under Arts & Entertainment

So I've been wondering about what it takes to go to animation school.  I use to like to draw when I was a kid – I drew tanks, airplanes, cars, and many types of military hardware.  I loved to go to airshows and imagine what it was like to be a fighter pilot, soaring through the sky in a multi million dollar high tech fighter jet.  Since I was too young to ride in a fighter jet (at least, that's what it seemed), I drew the fighters instead, sometimes using my metal toy jets as models.  Well, what if I had decided to study animation and become an animator on blockbuster Hollywood movies?  I could be bringing my childhood imaginations to life on the silver screen if I had gone to an institution like the Ringling School of Animation and learned to use all the high-tech computer animation tools like Maya.  Did you draw things a lot as a child?  Perhaps you should consider a creative career in animation and bring your dreams to life on the movie screen.
